Orders are delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class Post with the majority
of orders delivered NEXT DAY.
All other products are subject to a delivery charge starting from
just £1.99! The weight of your order will determine the delivery
charge:

1. Add the items you wish to purchase to your Basket.
2. Click ‘View Basket’ and check for any delivery
charges.
DESPATCH:
Royal Mail 1st Class Post deliver the majority of orders NEXT DAY.
This does not include weekends or bank holidays.
Orders received by 3pm Mon-Fri are normally despatched on the same
day. Orders received after 3pm Mon-Fri, over the weekend or over
bank holidays are normally despatched the following working
day.
Please note we only deliver to UK postcodes.
FOR LOST OR
MISSING DELIVERIES:
As a guideline if you have not received your order within 5 clear
working days of placing your order please contact us to check when
your order was despatched. (Please check that no one else has
accepted delivery for you and forgot to tell you.)
You will need to contact your local Royal Mail sorting office to
see if they are holding your package. If they are not holding your
package please contact us so that we can track your order with
Royal Mail.
Returns
Policy.
At Whizzink we want you to be delighted every time you shop with
us. Occasionally though, you may want to return your product.
Please provide your full name and order/invoice number with details
of your issue. If we are unable to resolve your problem we will
send out one of our freepost envelopes for the return of your
product.

Please note that consumable items (ink cartridges, laser cartridges
etc), which have already been consumed, cannot be returned for
exchange or refund. Consumables are deemed to have been consumed
when less than 70% full. If we receive consumables which are less
than 70% full we will contact you by email and give you the option
to either pay for them to be returned to you or for us to dispose
of them safely on your behalf.
Since we have found that sometimes items are not returned once an
exchange or refund has been received, our policy is that exchange
items will not be shipped, nor refunds made, until the product in
question is first received by us. If you need an immediate
replacement we suggest you ask for a refund and place a new order.
Your new order will be processed immediately.
Please allow 48 hours for us to process your exchange or return
after we receive it. Note that in exceptional circumstance it may
take your credit card processor up to 30 days to apply a credit to
your account and that we have no control over the speed of their
actions.
We recommend that you ask your Post Office for a Proof of Posting
certificate as we cannot be held liable for items that are lost in
the post.
